It's one of those things that comes with the "benefit" of fairly flexible work hours while at the same time having three jobs (research, teaching, administration). It means that unless you are really careful about defining your time, any time you're not working you feel guilty for not working, because there's always something you could be doing - reading that book you've meant to get to for months, working on that article you haven't touched for weeks, grading those papers that you said you'd have back to them on Tuesday, etc.

The only real solution is to stop beating yourself up and have fun once in a while. In most cases, the world won't collapse if you take an evening off now and then. Not to say you won't still have weeks where that's just not possible, but at least once you're not being graded anymore the only one who gets pissy with you is yourself (or possibly your students ;)
